Anglican or Ecumenical: It is an "Anglican" Seminary, but accepts both teachers and students from other denominations.
Residential: Courses are mostly on weekends (Thurs. Fri. Sat.) alternating weekends in Cairo and Alexandria. There are two residential intensive conferences for students. AST has a 4-year undergraduate degree, diplomas, and a 2-year master's degree. For the master's programme, there are intensive week-long courses by visiting professors.
Qualifications: Undergraduate and Masters levels (the Master's programme is accredited through Moore Theological College in Sydney, Australia.
Languages: Arabia (or English with translation into Arabic)
