Rev Eric Luximon mentioned that Archbishop Ian Ernest could not attend this year due to a health problem and he needed to rest. Prayers were said for him and all the sick during intercessions. 				<title>A Memorial Service for the Eastertide 11 flood victims was held at St James Cathedral on Sat 6 April 2013. The President K Purryag and many dignitaries were present with the families of the victims . Archbishop Ian Ernest in his message stressed on the respect of the eco-system to avoid such catastrophies and also a greater care for those in dire poverty mentioning Anse Courtois , Bangladesh   , Pailles etc  ..and,  Anglicare  the Social Arm of the  Church is fully involved in Pastoral, Social and offering material help to  the families of the victims and those devasted by the floods .</title>
