Enabling conversation across difference has been the main objective of the Anglican Communion&amp;rsquo;s Continuing Indaba and Mutual Listening Process. But the fruits of the program in breaking down barriers and building friendships across vastly different contexts have far exceeded any expectations, according to the Rev. Canon Phil Groves, who said the guiding principle and the key to its success has been in placing Christ at the center of the conversations.

Ghanaian bishop Festus Yeboah-Asuamah told a recent meeting of Ghanaian theologians that while the challenges facing the Communion were &amp;ldquo;complex&amp;rdquo;, and that the answers may yet be &amp;ldquo;far away&amp;rdquo; there was hope in unity. Speaking at the latest Continuing Indaba &amp;lsquo;hub&amp;rsquo; meeting, Bishop Festus said, &amp;ldquo;There is hope! We should try as much as possible to keep the Anglican Communion together &amp;ndash; we are one family.&amp;rdquo;
