"The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place." - author George Bernard Shaw

The vast size of the Anglican Communion means communications can be a challenge. But with tens of milllions of Anglicans/Episcopalians in more than 165 countries around the world, there are many stories to be told.

The Communion has a rich history and a vibrant and exciting present of Anglicans and Episcopalians responding to people in need, transforming unjust structures, and witnessing to the love of God. Our worldwide family can speak of communities and lives transformed and we would love you to help us share those stories.

We hope that the website as a whole, but more specifically the Press Section and the Anglican Communion News Service will give journalists and bloggers a clear and accurate picture of the richness of the life and work of the global Anglican community.
